Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

•⁠ ⁠Unwashed
•⁠ ⁠In their original condition
•⁠ ⁠With all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

•⁠ ⁠The item received is faulty or damaged, or
•⁠ ⁠The wrong item was sent

In these cases, Fatima Collection Luxury Apparel will cover the return costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Custom-made or personalised items

Faulty or Incorrect Items
